About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer ( intermediate - approximately 3 - 5+  years relevant experience) to join our Assure team. You’ll work across the stack to build, maintain, and enhance features for our platform, ensuring reliability, usability, and scalability.

Assure, our Education and Assessment platform measures the capabilities that matter with valid, reliable assessments and credentialing. Backed by robust competency framework management tools, our technology allows government and organisation leaders to shift education and assessments online, securely. In Australia, our platform is the trusted leader in delivering learning, testing, and credentialing to motor vehicle operators. We have over 3 million certifications awarded across multiple state governments.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:         

• 3+ years Experience in JavaScript / TypeScript, React.
• Experience building Restful and GraphQL backend APIs.       
• Knowledge of AWS, Serverless, and both NoSQL and SQL databases.         
• Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.         
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and adapt in a fast-moving environment.         
• Bonus skills: Exposure to AI/ML technologies.         
• Open-source contributions.         
• Interest in adopting and developing AI
