The Rex team is responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that support critical business functions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the technical evolution of our systems by contributing to end-to-end design, implementation, and delivery.

You’ll work across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from front-end development to backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

• Solid hands-on experience across the full stack, from front-end to backend and cloud
• Take ownership and collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Champion modern coding practices and drive scalable, reliable outcomes
• Excel in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and influence technical decisions positively
• Think creatively to solve complex technical challenges and improve processes
• Coach and mentor junior engineers to uplift software development practices

Tech Skills

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;

• Front-end: Angular/React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Backend: Java, C#, SpringBoot
• Database: Oracle/Snowflake
• Cloud: AWS
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions
• Observability: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
• Architecture: Microservices and API design patterns
