You will oversee the delivery of complex capital works programs and projects, ensuring they meet time, quality, and cost targets while driving efficiency improvements and fostering cross-sector collaboration.

- Strategically manage financial and human resources to deliver projects efficiently and sustainably.
- Develop and implement growth strategies and operational plans to support service delivery and infrastructure development.
- Provide expert advice to senior leadership and government officials on project risks, strategies, and policy matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support economic growth, job creation, and community infrastructure development.
- Promote a positive public image for the department through effective engagement with client agencies and the community.
- Drive workforce planning, succession strategies, and a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the division.
