What are you going to do?

As Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of TMO platforms. Working with our product Manager and Chairman, you will be a strategic leader, driving product vision, roadmap, and execution to ensure we deliver exceptional value to our clients and partners within the financial services sector.

• You will define and prioritize product features, ensuring user-centricity and a seamless experience across web and mobile platforms;
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with releases, ensuring that deployments are conducted efficiently and without disruptions to the user experience;
• Collaborate with licensees and internal teams to bring products to market successfully;
• Oversee product launches and go-to-market strategies;
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success;
• Maintain a deep understanding of relevant regulations like GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other financial service industry standards;
• Champion agile scrum methodologies to ensure efficient and timely product delivery.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in product management, in leading positions;
• Proven track record of success in leading and scaling B2B SaaS products within a startup environment;
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices for web and mobile platforms and capable of independently creating product prototypes;
• Experience in product research with proven track record of implementation of user feedback for feature prototyping;
• Experience with the concepts of product design sprint principles with proven track record of implementation;
• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies;
• Demonstrated experience in fintech, ideally with wealth management solutions;
• Deep understanding of relevant regulations like GDPR, PCI-DSS, and financial services compliance requirements;
• Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
• Outcome-driven with a focus on achieving measurable business goals;
• Hybrid position: 1-2 times per month onsite on the Lisbon office (flexible);
• Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either Portuguese citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement;
• Verbal and written communication skills in English (B2/C1).
