We’re seeking an experienced Cruise Product Manager with a passion for all things cruising to join the My Cruises Product Team and play a key role in the development and execution of our cruise holiday packages. Reporting to the Cruise Product Development Director, you’ll be responsible for delivering compelling, competitive, and conversion-ready cruise products that meet the expectations of today’s cruise travellers.

Product Strategy & Development
- Create and deliver high-performing cruise packages
- Conduct market research and identify trends
- Combine cruises with land touring, flights, hotels, and extras
- Ensure packages meet margin, brand, and customer expectations
- Manage relationships with cruise lines, hotels, and land operators
- Secure competitive pricing and exclusive inclusions
- Ensure content accuracy and seasonal updates
- Support pricing and promotional campaigns
- Monitor booking trends and customer feedback
- Analyse margins, booking velocity, and ROI
- Oversee accurate setup of packages in internal systems
- Collaborate with service and documentation teams
- Maintain internal product records and resources
- Build products tailored to mainstream cruise travellers
- Use customer insights to guide product development
- Ensure quality across all customer touchpoints
- 2+ years’ experience in the travel industry (cruise knowledge preferred)
- Strong understanding of the global cruise market
- Commercially minded and data-driven
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator and collaborator
- Passionate about cruise travel and customer value
