We’re looking for an eCommerce Delivery Manager to champion Prosper’s client relationships, retention, and delivery excellence. You’ll own a portfolio of clients, drive clarity, momentum, and quality across every engagement. You’ll work closely with our delivery teams of developers, designers & QAs to ensure we have a consistent, positive impact on our clients' stores.

What You’ll Do

• Own the relationship of 8–12 high-value Shopify clients, delivering releases end-to-end.
• Drive delivery, timelines, scope and commercial results
• Build and manage releases in Jira in line with budgets 
• Run effective client meetings & walkthroughs
• Translate goals into clear, actionable tickets
• Communicate proactively 
• Apply deep Shopify, theme, and eCommerce knowledge to help clients succeed
• Advise clients on best practices, platform limitations & trade-offs

• Have 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce Management 
• You have Shopify Plus experience & understand Shopify themes, metafields/metaobjects, apps etc. 
• Are confident managing budgets, forecasts, and client communications at a senior level.
• Have utilised & managed projects in a project management tool such as Asana, Jira, Monday etc.
