UX Designer (Tech)
Location: Melbourne or Canberra
Work Model: Primarily remote, with mandatory travel to Canberra approx. once every 3 months
Clearance: AU Citizenship + Baseline Clearance
Contract: Until 31 Mar 2026 (extensions likely)
Responsibilities:
* Lead UX design across pre-discovery, discovery, design, and delivery phases.
* Facilitate co-design workshops and stakeholder interviews.
* Develop UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and functional specs aligned with the Design System.
* Identify process and tech improvement opportunities and support testing activities.
* Build strong relationships across business and technical stakeholders.
* Consulting or Government experience is beneficial but not essential.
