This is an exciting opportunity for a strong sales leader with top commercial acumen to launch and grow this business within Australia. Reporting to the Head of Crypto, this is a hands on strategic role for a visionary leader.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the sales strategy and execution for the Australian business
• Acquire new clients - retail and institutional
• Represent the business at events
• Build the local sales / marketing team
• Grow strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Must haves :

• 3 or more years in senior crypto sales role within Australia - preferably in building business from 0-1
• 5 or more years of experience in FinTech sales or business development
• Strong expertise in crypto exchange and digital asset industry
• Top network of contacts in crypto within Australia
• Ability to build a team, mentor and coach
• Degree in Business, Finance, Technology or Economics, preferably post grad.
