We are looking for

IT Security Manager

To join our team in Tallinn

What will be your challenge in the role:

You will join the team of security specialists and enthusiasts to work with international stakeholders to resolve cybersecurity operations challenges and vulnerability compliance. You will navigate the SecOps landscape in our international company, be a responsible for managing the cyber security defence capabilities and successfully participate with engineers and architects in a developing technological product into capabilities consumed by internal stakeholders. Your tasks will include the following:

  • Develops and implements cyber security measures in alignment with the defined roadmap, ensuring technical security solutions are delivered effectively
  • Takes ownership of supporting functions and processes related to cyber security including handling central projects and transformation programs to enhance the organization's security posture
  • Synchronize on scope and asset definitions within involved stakeholders' groups


What you need to succeed in the role:

  • Relevant university degree or a great reason for not having one
  • Security or IT Services related background, with hands-on experience in the field
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and cloud services
  • Knowledge of incident response, handling methodologies and cybersecurity principles is a plus
  • Readiness to solve problems quickly while always looking for ways to improve the systems


You can work independently, take responsibility, and perform well despite ambiguity or constant changes. You are good at communication, fluent in English, comfortable being the interface between business and technology, and have excellent analytical skills.
