Senior Rendering Engineer

Senior Rendering Engineer - Gaming + Tech - Game Engine Team - Dublin, Ireland

We’re looking for a Senior Rendering Engineer to join our Game Engine Team and help build the next generation of mobile graphics technology. You’ll take ownership of key rendering features, optimise performance, and develop material and shading systems for our graphics engine.

You’ll work in a fast-paced international environment, collaborating with engineers, researchers, product teams, and partners to bring cutting-edge mobile graphics from research to production.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement real-time rendering systems and engine features.
• Research and integrate modern rendering techniques, including ray tracing and GPU-driven pipelines.
• Analyse innovations from commercial engines and adapt them for mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align development with product goals.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years C/C++ experience, 3+ years with graphics APIs (Metal, Direct3D12, Vulkan).
• Strong shader programming (HLSL, GLSL, Metal) and 3D math foundations.
• Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal, Godot) and debugging tools (RenderDoc, Nsight).
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have: shipped games, mobile graphics experience, ECS or DOD knowledge.
