👷Construction Project Manager – Fit Out & Refurbishment

💵Salary – €80k – €95k

📍Location – Galway

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of fit out and refurbishment projects in the Galway area. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial fit out and refurbishment works and will be capable of managing complex, time-sensitive projects valued up to €5 million.

📋Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and industry regulations.

✅Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in main contracting and project management.
• Strong background in commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in project management software.
• Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Eligible to work in Ireland.
