👷Assistant Construction Project Manager (Consultancy)

📍Location – North Dublin

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified construction professional to support the delivery of a large-scale refurbishment project in Dublin 1. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of building facades, roofing systems, and refurbishment methodologies, along with a solid understanding of health and safety requirements on construction sites.

📋Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and oversight of façade and roofing repair works.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions.
• Support project management activities, including reporting, progress tracking, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation and best practices.
• Contribute to site inspections, condition assessments, and defect reporting.
• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings as required.

✅Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred. Applicants with backgrounds in Building Surveying or Architectural Technology will also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience with building envelope or roofing projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and general computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
