AI Engineer

We’re looking for an AI Engineer who wants to be at the sweet spot of AI + engineering. You won’t just tweak prompts, you’ll architect agents that connect to APIs, crunch live data, and deliver enterprise-grade outcomes.

🚀You will:

• Design prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents across voice, chat, and email.
• Connect agents to customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so they can execute real-world tasks end-to-end.
• Build and maintain internal tooling in TypeScript, creating reusable components agents can share and build on.
• Test with live data, measure performance, and fine-tune for accuracy, reliability, and speed.
• Work directly with enterprise customers: gather requirements, run demos, and iterate in real time.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ship agents that are ready for production at scale.
• Contribute to documentation, processes, and best practices that make AI 

🎯 Requirements:

• Native-level proficiency in Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian for professional and official communication.
• English at C1 level (advanced, full professional proficiency) for fluent written and spoken business correspondence, presentations, and negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Strong, hands-on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations.
• Solid programming skills; TypeScript or Go experience is a strong advantage.
• Previous exposure to technical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with monitoring, dashboarding, or analytics tools (e.g., Datadog) is a bonus.
• A problem-solving mindset, sharp attention to detail, and real passion for AI
