We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Project Manager to join our Vilnius-based team and support the execution of marketing, communication and promotional activities across the Group.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate marketing and communication projects from planning to execution;
• Support the development of integrated campaigns across media, social media, PR, digital and on-site communication;
• Work closely with creative, media and PR agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery;
• Prepare briefs, collect materials, coordinate approvals and maintain project timelines;
• Manage content production for social media, digital channels, newsletters and in-centre communication;
• Assist in planning and implementing seasonal campaigns (Christmas, Back to School, themed weekends, promotional events);
• Monitor campaign results, gather insights and help prepare performance reports;
• Cooperate with internal teams, tenants and partners to ensure smooth project execution.

We expect that you have

• 1.5–3+ years of experience in marketing, communication or project management (agency or retail experience is a strong advantage);
• Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once;
• Good understanding of social media, digital communication and advertising basics;
• Detail-oriented mindset, responsibility and strong organisational skills;
• Creativity and ability to contribute to content creation (text or visual coordination);
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
