We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Project manager to join the Financial Incentives Team.
What will you be doing?
- Help both potential investors and companies expanding their operations here to discover more opportunities in Lithuania. Provide them with high-quality advice on financial incentives.
- Analyze applications submitted by investors regarding financial incentives.
- Act as an ambassador of the Lithuanian investment environment, participating in negotiations with foreign investors and coordinating investment contracts concluded with them.
- Administer financial incentive projects and monitor their results.
- Coordinate external auditors in the project administration process.
- Directly communicate with foreign investors and external partners.
- Higher education — preferably in management, finance, law, or economics.
- At least 2 years of experience in project administration and/or consulting. Expert knowledge in state and EU aid is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with expertise in formulas and functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
- Independent thinking and analytical skills.
- Adaptability, a drive to improve, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to see the big picture.
- Gross salary from 2500 to 3500 Eur/month, depending on your experience.
