Amazon Business represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base and is an area of high interest for Amazon. We are focused on building solutions that enable business customers find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions. Our customers include individual professionals, small businesses to large institutions (and everything in between). Our business customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customers, so we are reinventing how we add and display business selection, price products, and provide the right customer experience. Amazon’s approach to this segment is peculiar, and unique because we are combining the Amazon marketplace dynamic with B2B procurement and selling policies to iterate and improve our current experience. We are building new solutions to enable our global business customers to find and buy products from the Amazon marketplace and be in compliant with their procurement and business policies. We are disrupting the status quo of B2B by delivering new, efficient solutions to individual proprietors, to small-medium businesses, to global organizations (and everything in between).

We are seeking a seasoned product manager to help lead Amazon Business Pricing in the EU and join the Amazon Business EU Flywheel Inputs team. The person in this role will drive foundational programs to improve our price competitiveness. They will provide the EU requirements, drive the roadmap and execution for one of the most high profile and impactful initiatives in Amazon Business EU. In this highly visible position, you will interact with the senior management team within Amazon Business EU to create and demonstrate new value to business customers.

Key job responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager Will Lead The Following Activities

  • Work cross functionally with EU Retail, EU 3P teams, EU Pricing and WW AB Flywheel Inputs teams to continually improve our price competitiveness.
  • Provide EU requirements for product launches and manage EU specific programs
  • Dive deep into customer and business data to derive actionable insights and implement mechanisms to drive business benefit from these insights.
  • Leverage Amazon’s know-how and industry trends to identify the right strategy and solutions that will delight the business customer.
  • Model the financial impact of various programs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or experience as a product manager or owner
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own
  • Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, or Master's degree
  • Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
  • Experience working in a related industry
  • Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
  • Knowledge of SQL
