Client Onboarding & Business Implementation Project Manager Areas: Global Custody / Fund Dealing Services
About the Role
Manage and deliver end-to-end client onboarding and fund-related implementation projects (new client launch, migration, merger, liquidation, insurance activity and other fund events).
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle onboarding and implementation projects (analysis → set-up → go-live).
- Organise and participate in regular meetings with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform detailed requirement and gap analysis, define the operating model in line with the target TOM.
- Negotiate and coordinate the signature of operational documentation (Operating Memorandum, FX, Corporate Actions etc.).
- Ensure all operational setups and flows are in place to secure a smooth transition into BAU.
- Coordinate asset migrations (funds, hedge, listed securities, cash).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams: Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, FDS, GC, Depositary, Market & Financing Services.
- Manage technical setup and connectivity (SWIFT, Neolink), including testing and readiness checks.
- Maintain a clear overview of the project pipeline and anticipate capacity or delivery risks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and participate in post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in client onboarding, Global Custody and/or Fund Dealing Services
- Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination and client relationship skills
- Good understanding of financial instruments and operational flows (funds, migrations, cash, FX…)
- Languages: English & French required (additional languages considered an asset)
