We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to join Capitole for one of our major clients within the financial sector in Luxembourg. If you have strong expertise in Windows Server, EDR/Antimalware platforms, and enjoy working in high-security.

🤖 Responsabilities and Requirements:

• Day-to-day operations management of Windows Server infrastructure.
• Participation in ongoing and new infrastructure projects and mini-projects.
• Collaboration within a multidisciplinary technical team (Windows, VMware, applications, security, advanced troubleshooting, etc.).
• Improvement, reliability enhancement, and automation of systems.
• Handling of Level 3 support tickets.
• Documentation writing and procedural updates.
• Knowledge transfer and mentoring to Level 2 support teams.
• Coordination of inter-team tasks as required.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• Expertise in Windows Server (2016–2025).
• Strong experience with EDR/Antimalware deployment and management (preferably on-prem).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for security agent impacts and system performance.
• Solid PowerShell knowledge for automation and diagnostics.
• Experience with VMware environments.
• General knowledge in Linux systems.
• Strong understanding of Security & Cybersecurity best practices.
• French and English speaker

➕ Plus:

• Knowledge of Networks, DNS, Web Proxy, Firewall technologies.
