Work Location

Leiden, The Netherlands (Hybrid: applicants are expected to work from the premises, as well as remotely)

Your Assignment

You will be working in a small team on our own product using cutting edge AI technologies, such as LLMs and you will help develop various AI based solutions for various industries. You will come up with ideas on how to make LLMs actionable (interact with API’s) in a reliable, safe and relatively cheap way. The challenge is coming up with your own ideas on how to achieve this goal with limited resources. This can include completely novel training techniques, data preperation/synthesis techniques or finding and utilizing existing research to get to this goal.

Your Profile

To be a perfect match for this internship, you

• Have a background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related study background;
• Are a master student looking to gain work experience (apprentice internship);
• Have a Strong python foundation
• Are familiar with Huggingface
• Have experience developing and training deep learning models
• Have experience developing and training LLMs is a big pre
• Have experience with pytorch/tensorflow/keras is a big pre
• Have experience with common python libraries: numpy, pandas, matplotlib.. etc
• Are not afraid to learn and ask questions;
• Have good communication skills in English (verbal and written).

• Are solution-oriented and have a hands-on mentality.
• Big drive to learn, not only AI skills, but also more general software development skills

This assignment requires availability of approximately 6 months, for 4-5 days per week.
