HR Generalist – Contract Role

Are you passionate about HR operations and employee engagement? We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our one of the world's leading digital travel client and provide day-to-day HR support across functions and locations. In close collaboration with HR Business Partners, you’ll deliver HR initiatives, services, and guidance to employees while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support and advisory services to employees and managers.
• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support talent management and performance processes.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, COE teams, and HR Operations to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Share information, resolve issues, and coach stakeholders on best practices.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch HR legislation and policies.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday).

Skills & Competencies

• Solid understanding of employee legislation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
