What You’ll Do

• Guide and coach engineering teams using Scrum, ensuring Agile principles are fully understood and applied.
• Work closely with Cloud, Network, and Automation teams to support the delivery of key infrastructure initiatives.
• Remove blockers, facilitate ceremonies, and champion continuous improvement.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and help shape a strong Agile culture.
• Use Jira, Confluence, and other tooling to maintain transparency, track progress, and improve workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master within IT Infrastructure teams (Cloud, Networks, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Familiarity with network automation tools and technologies (e.g., Ansible, Python).
• Experience working with network infrastructure teams and a solid understanding of networking concepts:
• Routing, switching, firewalls
• SDN and Cloud technologies
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile delivery tools.
