What will you do?

You will research and select the methodology that enables us to optimally unlock our data for new AI applications. This involves various data sets used in our ticketing process. The goal: making relevant data available at the right time in each phase of the ticket process to resolve issues efficiently.

The AI applications will first be deployed internally and then gradually rolled out externally to our customers. The chosen methodology must ensure that the data sets are organized for successful application and that the possibilities for use are measurable.

Your assignment includes:

• Identifying which data is used for each part of the ticketing process.
• Researching and selecting a suitable methodology to unlock different data sets.
• Designing a structure that makes data available at the right time in each phase of the ticketing process to resolve issues.
• Organizing data sets so they can be successfully used and their applicability measured.
• Evaluating how this approach contributes to the scalability of the methodology, both internally and externally.

Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic student eager to dive into data, AI, and business processes. Do you have a passion for innovation and technology? Then you’re a perfect fit for our team!

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in Business Innovation, Computer Science, or another relevant study with an AI component.
• You have an affinity for data, AI, and business processes and are curious about innovative solutions.
• You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• You work analytically and independently, but you’re also a true team player.
• You are flexible, customer-oriented, and motivated to gain experience within an ambitious, international organization.
