Position: DevOps - Azure Cloud Specialist

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Type: Fulltime, Hybrid from Lisbon (2-3 days onsite per week)

Languages: English (B2 minimum); French is a big Plus! (B2 minimum)

Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who’s genuinely passionate about building innovative, high-quality products and modern cloud platforms. You’ll join a senior, highly committed engineering team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our next-generation cloud infrastructure — enabling fast, secure, automated software delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

• 4–6 years of DevOps engineering experience in cloud-driven environments.

Core Technologies

• Strong experience with IaC tools, especially Terraform (public & private cloud).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of GitOps principles and tools (e.g., ArgoCD).
• Experience with public & private cloud environments (Azure, OpenStack).
• Proficiency with container orchestrators such as Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/OpenShift).
• Experience with configuration & secret management tools (Helm, Consul, Vault).

Systems & Infrastructure Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Linux environments (RedHat/Ubuntu).
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP, HTTP).
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Familiarity with observability stacks: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with microservices architectures and containerization best practices.
• Understanding of cloud-native and serverless architecture patterns.
• Passion for automation and reducing operational overhead wherever possible.
• Affinity with financial markets, fintech, or wealth management.
