Role: Senior UI Designer (Figma + Design System)

We are looking for a highly skilled UI Designer with deep expertise in Figma, component libraries, and design systems. You will create polished, accessible user interfaces and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver consistent, scalable experiences.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end UI delivery from wireframes to high-fidelity designs and developer-ready specs in Figma.
• Define and evolve design tokens, components, and documentation for a robust Design System.
• Partner with UX, Product, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, quality, and consistency across platforms.
• Advocate for accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) throughout design and review cycles.
• Run design reviews, iterate quickly on feedback, and maintain a high bar for craft and usability.

What you bring

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI craft, systems thinking, and shipped products.
• Expert knowledge of Figma (auto-layout, variables, component properties, libraries, prototyping).
• Proven experience building and maintaining Design Systems at scale.
• Solid understanding of UI patterns, visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive design.
• Working knowledge of accessibility best practices; experience designing to WCAG guidelines is highly valued.
• Excellent collaboration and communication in English.
• Self-critical mindset and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer handoff (Figma dev mode, tokens) and documenting patterns/components.
• Familiarity with front-end constraints and workflows (CSS, design tokens, Storybook).
