Our main activities:

  • Applications Functional Support (40%): Providing user support for standard applications such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Cegid and for client-specific applications
  • IT Service Desk (40%): Providing Premium experience in IT support for 250 000 users of Windows, Windows 10, Office and Office 365
  • BPO Business Process Outsourcing (20%): Externalization of business processes, back-office activities within our specialization

Job Description

  • Install, maintain and coordinate in collaboration with the IT department activity of the entire technical equipment (computers, printers, telephones).
  • Support for internal users
  • Install necessary software for company's activity
  • Ensure good hardware/software operation
  • Set up and configure each computer separately
  • Configure windows access, e-mail addresses for each new employee of the company
  • Periodically check and responsible for the existence at each role, only of approved software by the management, such as the rules for filtering the access to the Interior
  • Performing special tasks assigned/delegated by management

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or short-term higher education (advantage);
  • At least 1 year experience in IT administration
  • Attention to details;
  • PC operating knowledge: Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet browsers;
  • Communication skills;
  • Distributive attention;
  • Team spirit;
  • Organizational skills
  • Compliance with working procedures;
  • Language skills: very good English.
