Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid/Flexible)

Are you an organized, proactive problem-solver who enjoys connecting people with the right opportunities? We’re looking for a Resource Management Support Specialist to join a global software organization and help manage workforce allocation across multiple projects and regions.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the international Resource Management Team, working alongside Delivery Managers and Consultants to make sure projects are staffed effectively. You’ll act as the bridge between people, projects, and planning, matching skills with demand and helping optimize team performance.

What You’ll Do
- Help assign the right consultants to the right projects based on skills, availability, and cost.
- Track resource availability and forecast team capacity across multiple countries.
- Support project managers with staffing needs, escalate conflicts, and suggest creative solutions.
- Assist with onboarding external contractors when internal staff isn’t available.
- Update and maintain internal databases, CVs, and skills profiles.
- Monitor and report on utilization rates, project staffing, and workforce metrics.
- Support internal training coordination and encourage team certifications.
- Contribute to process improvements and help implement best practices across teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional experience in operations, staffing, coordination, HR, or project support.
- Strong communication skills, confident working across cultures and with senior stakeholders.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable navigating internal platforms and working with reports and dashboards.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); other European languages are a plus.
- A team player with a “can-do” attitude who enjoys solving problems and making things run smoothly.
