The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, efficient workflow management, and a basic knowledge of the art world to understand our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget
- Manage and mentor large, cross-functional teams
- Implement efficient workflows and monitor timely submissions
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates
- Allocate and manage resources (budget, tools, personnel)
- Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans
- Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards
- Apply art market knowledge to align with project goals
- Be at the forefront of integrating AI and data science into the art world
- Contribute to shaping how millions globally discover, consume, and understand art
- Collaborate with a world-class team of experts in art, data, and technology

- 6-7 years of proven project management experience with complex projects and large teams
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
