SENIOR PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER (SWEDEN)

I'm exclusively working with a Global Consultancy expanding their team looking for a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead schedule, cost, estimating, reporting, and performance management across large and complex projects with a reputable manufacturing client in Sweden.

MUST BE - SWEDISH SPEAKING

🎓 Experience Needed

• 8–10 years’ experience in senior project controls roles on major projects
• Strong background in cost & schedule management tools and systems
• Skilled in developing client relationships and supporting business development
• Proven experience leading and coaching project controls teams
• Experience working on Swedish projects or within the Swedish market
• Excellent Swedish communication skills; English proficiency preferred
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Primavera P6, Power BI, and MS Teams

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Deliver end-to-end senior project controls services on large, complex programs
• Provide strategic input at project initiation, guiding clients on delivery approaches
• Define project success criteria covering schedule, budget, quality, and performance
• Set up robust governance frameworks, processes, and systems
• Lead cross-functional teams and advise on resource procurement
• Manage performance through KPIs and control processes
• Oversee change control, financial tracking, risk management, and progress reporting
• Maintain strong communication flow between project teams and the client
• Act as the primary day-to-day client interface, ensuring delivery aligns with objectives
• Support business development and identify opportunities for service growth
• Ensure compliance with internal quality, safety, environmental, and SOX requirements
