Your Responsibilities
/ Lead and coordinate nationwide field merchandising operations, ensuring brand visibility and compliance with global retail guidelines.
/ Supervise and develop the merchandiser team, monitoring store execution quality, POSM usage, and campaign implementation.
/ Plan, track, and report in-store marketing activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
/ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Retail Design teams to translate strategies into effective in-store actions.
/ Manage third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure operational excellence, cost control, and timely execution.
Your Profile
/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
/ Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail marketing, merchandising, or trade marketing.
/ Strong understanding of in-store marketing dynamics and field team management.
/ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; fluent in English.
/ Willingness to travel frequently across Turkey; driving license preferred.
