• 🔖Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
• 💡Experience: Over 8 years of experience in analytics, with a proven track record in leadership roles delivering high-impact projects in complex organizations.
• ⚒️Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, AWS). Knowledge of Python/R is a plus.
• 👥Leadership Skills: Strong experience managing diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• ☄️Strategic Thinking: Ability to align analytics initiatives with long-term business goals.
• 📢Communication: Exceptional skills in presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influencing executive-level decisions.
• 💬Languages: Proficiency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
