About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Product Manager to lead the execution of multi-project software development initiatives for our international B2B clients.

In this role, you act as the bridge between the customer and the engineering team, ensuring smooth communication, clarity, and consistent delivery.

You will own the coordination, planning, and execution phases of development, supporting multiple products and clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary delivery owner between client teams and engineering
• Manage and drive multiple projects in parallel, ensuring timelines and expectations are met
• Translate final requirements into actionable development plans and task breakdowns
• Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and ongoing delivery tracking
• Facilitate clear communication between customers and the internal team
• Run regular syncs with international stakeholders, provide updates, and gather clarifications
• Identify risks and dependencies early; proactively resolve or escalate blockers
• Coordinate QA, UAT, release, and deployment activities
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in Notion, Linear, and internal systems
• Support engineering leads in technical clarification and decision alignment
• Ensure alignment, reduce ambiguity, and maintain project momentum across teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Delivery Management in B2B software
• Strong delivery and execution background with multi-project ownership
• Excellent English communication skills for client and engineering coordination
• Experience working with international clients in dynamic, cross-functional environments
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and break down complex scopes
• Strong organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-expectation environments
• Proficiency with modern product/development tools (Linear, Jira, Notion, etc.)

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-enabled or complex system development
• Technical background or strong technical literacy

• Experience working across time zones
