- Strong Python engineering skills
- Real experience with OpenAI APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration
- Ability to design async pipelines, background jobs, and queue-based workflows
- Solid SQL skills with hands-on PostgreSQL experience
- Comfortable with Docker, GitLab CI, and production deployment workflows
- Strong unit and integration testing experience
- Good logging and monitoring practices
- Be in the driver’s seat of elevating our company by architecting and advancing the core AI systems we rely on: including our AI Support, Marketing Outreach, and VIP Client Orchestration
- Work through ambiguity by experimenting, learning quickly, and refining ideas to drive the right solution
- Own the full problem-solving cycle: design metrics, evaluate system performance, re-architect components when needed, and scale solutions
- Solve technical challenges while ensuring our code is clean, efficient, and scalable
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively suggest improvements to make our development process faster and smoother
