Position Sought: New Graduate Talent Program - HUMAN RESOURCES

Work Experience: Candidates with 0 - 1 year of work experience are sought.

Education Level: Bachelor's degree graduates are preferred.

Work Model: Suitable for the Hybrid Work model

Work Location: İstanbul


Technical Qualifications:

Human Resources: Knowledge and understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.

Talent Management: Ability to support and manage talent acquisition and development processes.

Recruitment: Experience or capability in managing recruitment activities, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.


General Qualifications:

  • English knowledge: Proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A completed undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and processes to improve HR operations and decision-making.


Job Description:

  • Support the Human Resources department in various functions, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the New Graduate Talent Program to enhance HR knowledge and skills.
  • Utilize analytical skills to assess HR metrics and contribute to strategic decision making.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient HR operations.
  • Communicate effectively in English to handle documentation and interaction with stakeholders.
