Video Game Tester with Spanish (LATAM)

We are currently looking for a Linguistic Video Game Tester with Spanish (LATAM)

Workplace: Warsaw or Gdańsk (office-based)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Testing and evaluating the linguistic quality of video games (linguistic testing) in Spanish (LATAM),
• evaluating the functionality of PC and console and video games,
• creating defect reports in English,
• proposing solutions for linguistic defects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Perfect native fluency in Spanish (LATAM), with excellent command of grammar, spelling, and stylistic nuances,
• strong awareness of cultural context and sensitivity to linguistic regional differences across Spanish-speaking countries,
• good level of English language proficiency,
• experience with computer and/or console games,
• communicative skills – the ability to describe problems clearly and briefly,
• MS Office suite familiarization.

IT IS NICE IF YOU HAVE:

• Linguistic studies or studies in humanities,
• computer entertainment discernment,
• experience with hardware and products for PS4/5, Xbox One/XSX/XSS, Switch, iOS,
• previous experience in a similar position.
