Experience, Education & Certifications
- Experience in Transfer Agency and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
- Preferred certifications: PMI, CBAP, IIBA, Disciplined Agile.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Client service mindset.
- Adaptability and resilience.
- Effective leadership in complex environments.
- Collaborative across cultures and time zones.
Working hours: 10:00/11:00 to 18:00/19:00 (local time)
Work arrangement: Remote (Poland and UK) or hybrid
