Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and replicate the core features of RosterElf, including:
- Staff scheduling and roster creation
- Shift swapping and approvals
- Time and attendance tracking
- Payroll integration
- Mobile and desktop compatibility
- Design and develop a user-friendly interface for both admin and staff users
- Ensure secure login and data protection protocols
- Implement real-time notifications and updates
- Conduct testing and debugging across devices and platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine features and ensure alignment with business needs
- Provide documentation and support for deployment and maintenance
- Proven experience in mobile and web app development (iOS, Android, and cross-platform frameworks)
- Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Node.js, Firebase, etc.)
- Familiarity with scheduling, HR, or workforce management systems
- Ability to reverse-engineer existing platforms and replicate functionality
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with secure data handling and user authentication
- Prior experience developing apps similar to RosterElf or other workforce management tools
- UI/UX design expertise
- Knowledge of payroll systems and integrations
