Job Description
- We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who can turn complex ideas into intuitive experiences. You’ll work on modernizing a large-scale product ecosystem that spans multiple domains and integrates cutting-edge technologies like cloud and AI.
- This role is hands-on: you’ll design workflows, create prototypes, and validate usability, while also contributing to strategic conversations.
- Design user experiences for complex workflows across on-premise and cloud platforms
- Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable design solutions
- Build prototypes, user flows, and run usability tests to ensure quality
- Document decisions and maintain design consistency across projects
- Support UX strategy through research and practical recommendations
- Facilitate workshops and help align teams around user needs
- 8–12 years of experience in UX or product design, ideally in enterprise environments
- Strong skills in workflow design, prototyping, and usability testing
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset and a collaborative approach
