Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will support HR operations, assist with employee onboarding, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies. You will work closely with the HR team to coordinate recruitment efforts, manage HRIS systems, and assist in benefits administration and training programs. Outstanding organizational skills and a proactive approach are key to success in this position.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and understanding of Benefits Administration
  • Must have experience in Dubai real estate with Rera regulation knowledge
  • Experience assisting with employee training and development programs
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in an HR role, particularly in real estate or a similar industry, is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
