📌 Job Title: Project / Engineering Manager (Oil & Gas)
Location: UAE / Abu Dhabi
Working Hours: 40 hrs/week (Mon to Fri)

Role Overview
We are seeking highly experienced Project / Engineering Managers to provide technical leadership and project oversight across major oil & gas and energy infrastructure assignments in the Middle East. The role involves project management, multidisciplinary coordination, engineering reviews, and technical advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end oil & gas engineering projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and contractors.
- Review designs, drawings, engineering deliverables, and project documentation.
- Ensure project compliance with UAE/Middle East regulatory frameworks (ADNOC, Petrofac, RAKGAS, DEWA, etc.).
- Support strategic initiatives, inspections, audits, and technical assessments.
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and stakeholder updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or Civil Engineering.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in oil & gas EPC / energy infrastructure projects.
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position guiding engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of GCC regulatory, utility, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
