🚀 Hiring: Senior Scrum Master (Contract) – Canada

💲 $57.75–$61.88/hr

🕒 Collaboration Window: Flexible, be able to collaborate with team members between 8 am Pacific and 3 pm Pacific.

We're supporting a top-tier engineering organization looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help drive team productivity, cross-team collaboration, and delivery excellence across multiple development teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading Scrum for two related development teams

• Mentoring a junior Scrum Master on a third team

• Removing blockers across engineering + experience design teams

• Coaching on Agile best practices and improving delivery velocity

• Facilitating all major ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, grooming, retros, etc.)

• Driving alignment across cross-functional, distributed teams

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master on medium–large software projects

• Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams simultaneously

• Strong background removing impediments between dev + design teams

• Solid JIRA skills for reporting, metrics, and forecasting

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with minimal oversight

Nice to have:

• CSM or SAFe certification

• Familiarity with Figma, Confluence, Slack

• Exposure to design systems and software testing tools (Playwright, BrowserStack)
