Job Responsibilities:

• Design and execute the digital asset product roadmap to extend brokerage services into digital assets (spot, stablecoins, yield).
• Integrate MPC-based custody solutions using Fireblocks and build seamless wallet flows (custodial and non-custodial).
• Identify and integrate yield-generating opportunities from on-chain protocols with focus on safety, scalability, and UX.
• Develop payment rails for USDC/USDT settlements, ensuring compliance, liquidity, and real-time processing.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, and partnerships to ensure secure and compliant product launches.
• Work closely with risk and legal teams to align product rollout with MAS and international frameworks.

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of product management experience in fintech, digital asset trading, or brokerage platforms.
• Hands-on experience integrating Fireblocks, Cobo, Copper, custody infrastructure, or wallet tech.
• Familiarity with decentralised finance protocols, L1/L2 ecosystems, and stablecoin liquidity
• Excellent product planning skills; able to produce high-quality PRDs, flowcharts, prototypes, and business documentation.
• Strong technical literacy (API integrations, on-chain transaction flow, security policies).
• Demonstrated success in launching digital asset products end-to-end.
