Responsibilities
- Partner with executive Cloud leaders globally on securing technical hires in Asia-Pacific (APAC), moving beyond transactional recruiting to provide guidance on talent strategy, market insights, and team composition using data-motivated analysis.
- Act as a talent detective, going beyond standard tools to identify and engage with technical talent across the APAC region, building pipelines for future needs.
- Lead and navigate offer processes and compensation packages, ensure closing technical candidates in a engaging market.
- Take full ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle for the client groups, drive searches forward with personal accountability.
- Adopt and experiment with AI-powered recruiting tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and focus the time on the human-centric elements of recruiting.
