Senior RT3D Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Real time 3D(RT3D) Developer to join our innovative team focusing on the development of Digital Twins for building operations and facility management.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in creating real-time 3D (RT3D) products, enhancing operations across the entire built environment project lifecycle, from planning to operations.

This role is great for someone who loves crafting digital products, thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive sustainability and smart city solutions. A good knowledge of Unity Game Engine is essential for this position

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital twin models using Unity and/or Unreal Engine for building operations, facility management, security, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative RT3D solutions.
• Integrate GIS and BIM (Building Information Modeling) data with Unity applications to create immersive and interactive environments.
• Optimize performance and scalability of digital twin models
• Ensure Scalability and re-usability of well documented components.
• Ensure high-quality user experience through thorough and detail-oriented implementation as well visual quality/fidelity in all developed products.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Computer graphics, digital twin technologies, and related fields
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members during the design phase and throughout projects.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant fields
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency in C# and Unity development.
• Comfortable with Unity frameworks such as DOTS, UI Toolkit, Cesium or ESRI
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in developing digital twins for building operations and facility management.
• Knowledge of sustainable practices and smart city solutions.
• Knowledge of GIS (Geographical Information Systems) and its application in digital twin development is a plus
• Familiarity with BIM processes and integration with Unity is a plus
