A leading player in the wealth and retail banking space is looking for a Digital Project Manager to help shape customer-focused digital experiences across their platforms. Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle for digital wealth and servicing journeys, from concept to launch and ongoing improvements.
• Work closely with UX/UI, analysts, developers, and business teams to deliver clear and intuitive customer experiences.
• Use market and customer insights to guide product vision and roadmap decisions.
• Turn customer needs into clear product features and user stories aligned with business and compliance requirements.
• Run agile ceremonies, manage the backlog, and keep delivery on track.
• Review performance and customer feedback to refine and enhance journeys.
• Ensure journeys are scalable and adaptable across different markets, with a key focus on Hong Kong.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital project or product management, ideally within wealth management or retail banking.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement, UX principles, and digital servicing channels.
• Hands-on experience working in agile environments.
• Ability to translate customer needs into structured product requirements and user stories.
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience working across multiple markets is a plus.

This is a contract position. Open to candidates based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
