Description/Comment

  • Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
  • Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
  • Research, gather and synthesize information.
  • Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the squad
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills.
  • Have functional expertise to pick up and understand domain-related knowledge swiftly to work with other business analysts, Scrum Master, and product owners to drive pragmatic delivery decisions, control scope, and prioritize work.
  • Lead scope discussions and effectively manage and control change.
  • Dependency management within the squad and across agile teams
  • Help the squad understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
  • Guide squad to develop a high-quality product
