We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior / Associate Project Manager to support the successful delivery of projects across the organization. This role is ideal for individuals with 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or business operations who are looking to grow into a full Project Manager role. You will assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Coordination & Execution
  • Support end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Track project progress, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
  • Assist in managing project scope, resources, risks, and issues.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
2. Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans, meeting notes, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Consolidate data and prepare weekly or monthly project progress updates.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with project governance requirements.
3. Stakeholder Communication
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Support project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders on project progress and challenges.
4. Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve project delivery efficiency.
  • Support implementation of PMO processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.
5. Administrative & Operational Support
  • Assist with resource planning, project budgeting, and procurement processes when required.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, testing sessions, or implementation activities.
  • Support change management and training activities as part of project rollouts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or operations.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP (in-progress), Scrum Master) are a plus.
