Cordia Resources by Cherry Beakert is searching for an Excel/ Data Specialist to support the data transformation for an ERP implementation on a contract basis.
Recent graduates with strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply! This role could be anywhere between 20-40 hours weekly and will last approximately 4-6 months.
This will be 100% remote and will consider candidates anywhere in the Eastern or Central time zones.
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Extracting data from current systems (both ERP and homegrown billing systems)
- Verifying information
- Using formulas, VLOOKUP's and pivot tables to extrapolate and confirm data integrity
- Working with billing and AR systems to complete data for preparation to transition to new system
- Other duties as assigned
Candidate should have the following background:
- 1+ years of Excel experience including Macros, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, Formulas, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and be flexible
