The role involves working closely with various teams within the firm to identify, build and develop processes through the utilisation of a variety of both internal and external GenAI models. This role suits a candidate who excels in a fast-moving environment, is comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders, performs well under pressure, and is committed to producing exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering methods that serve downstream users effectively while remaining scalable.
• Creating and refining best-practice solutions and championing these standards across the organisation through shared tools and libraries.
• Providing ongoing support for existing data workflows, including monitoring performance and driving continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• A demonstrable interest in generative AI and related technologies and new developments.
• A passion for automation and continual improvement, with a track record of identifying high value automation opportunities.
• Experience with coding in Python / C# / Java
