Position Overview
As the Project Coordinator, Marketing Operations, you’ll be a key support partner within the U.S. Marketing Operations team—ensuring marketing campaigns, programs, and deliverables across multiple brands are executed accurately, aligned cross-functionally, and delivered on time.

Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in project coordination, marketing operations, or campaign support (global experience a plus)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with project management tools such as (url removed), Smartsheet, or Basecamp
- Familiarity with campaign tracking, creative workflows, and cross-functional coordination
- Knowledge of global marketing execution, brand strategy, and marketing lifecycle processes
- PMP certification or similar credential preferred
- Assist with timeline and task management across U.S. marketing campaigns
- Track key campaign milestones including briefs, reviews, approvals, and launches
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with cross-functional teams such as Brand Studio, Social, and Retail
- Facilitate updates and alignment through project check-ins and documentation
- Support marketing project file organization and maintain campaign trackers
- Help create and maintain campaign briefs, checklists, and workback schedules
- Consolidate and share timelines and project info across departments
- Support Stage Gate process implementation and RACI stakeholder coordination
- Document lessons learned and feedback to improve marketing operations
