Required Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably within a marketing, digital, or e-commerce environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with experience querying and analyzing data from complex relational databases.
- Demonstrated experience with a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI) to build and maintain insightful dashboards.
- Exceptional business acumen and the ability to translate business questions into technical data requirements and analysis plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua).
- A solid understanding of marketing principles and channel-specific metrics (e.g., email, social, paid media).
- Experience with statistical analysis or data modeling.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
